By using or accessing the Mosaica AI service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our information practices.

Information We Collect

Uploaded images - you uploaded images, which are used for AI-based generation of styled images;

E-mail - an e-mail address you may provide for notifications;

Mobile device - information about your mobile device and internet connection, the device’s unique device identifier, operating system and version, mobile network information, device type and device language;

App Usage information - the version of the Mosaica AI app, the app store from which you downloaded the Mosaica AI app, statistics of use, in-app purchases data;

Third-party account information - Apple App Store or Google Play account which you may use for your registration at Mosaica AI;

Cookies - When you visit our website, we gather information such as your browser type and IP address. We also use "cookies" to store specific browser data. Most browsers offer a simple way to accept or reject cookies; however, note that some features may require cookies for functionality (e.g., personalized content delivery);

Information Obtained by Third Parties - To support and enhance the Service, we may work with a variety of third party advertising networks, marketing analytics service providers and website analysis firms, such as Google, Facebook, Oath, etc. (collectively, “Third Party Advertising Service Providers”). These Third Party Advertising Service Providers collect and use personal data about your visits to and use of the website, as well as other websites in order to serve you with advertisements and content tailored to meet your preferences and likely interests or better understand ad effectiveness. Aggregate demographic and interest data will also be used for market research purposes. We use Google Analytics which is a web analytics tool that helps us understand how users engage with the website. Like many services, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track user interactions as in our case, where they are used to collect information about how users use our site. This information is used to compile reports and to help us improve our website. The reports disclose website trends without identifying individual visitors. Use of information collected by the Mosaica AI service

We use the collected data in an anonymous manner, solely to provide our users with the service and enhance its quality. Uploaded and generated images are stored on our servers (AWS) and are available to you in the Mosaica AI app at any time until you decide to either delete images or delete your Mosaica AI account.

Mosaic AI may use your data for various purposes, including but not limited to:

• Providing App Features: We use your data to deliver Mosaic AI's features and content, as well as any requested information, products, or services. This includes offering various functionalities of the app, such as AI-powered content creation and editing features;
• Customization: your data helps us personalize our product and service offerings to you. This may involve offering personalized discounts and recommendations;
• Customer Support: your data enables us to provide customer and technical support, address concerns, and improve our response to inquiries from you and other users. This is in line with our legitimate interest to provide high-quality support.
• Communication: we use your contact  information to communicate important information, such as changes to Mosaic AI, subscription notices, updates, and security alerts. 
• Research and Analytics: collected data is utilized for research, analytics, and performance monitoring related to Mosaic AI. This includes analyzing user patterns, traffic, and demographic data to understand usage trends and improve the app.
• Product Improvement: We analyze and test the effectiveness of Mosaic AI to enhance its functionality and performance, aligned with our legitimate interest in refining our product.
• Personalized Content and Advertising: Your personal data helps provide tailored content and advertisements within the app. We may use your data to create advertising audiences and deliver online ads. Your consent or opt-out options apply as required by law.
• Marketing and Promotions: We may send marketing and promotional communications through various channels like email, push notifications, and in-app messages, with your consent or as permitted by law.
• Legal Compliance: personal data may be processed for auditing, fraud prevention, and security monitoring purposes, as permitted or required by law.

For the listed purposes, we may disclose some of the collected data with affiliates, contractors, business partners, service providers, third-party analytics providers and advertising partners.

User rights

We acknowledge the user rights for access, modification, correction and erasure of personal data. Users either may send us an email at info@mosaica.ai with corresponding requests, or initiate the account deletion in the Mosaica AI app. 

Mosaica AI will retain your data until your account is deleted, after which point we will retain only anonymous data collected through the service, which may be used by Mosaica AI  and shared with third parties in any manner. 

Users are fully capable of managing our communications, the following settings shall be available in the Mosaica AI app settings.

Data protection

We implement reasonable and appropriate information security measures to safeguard your Personal Data and mitigate the risk of accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Our aim is to protect your data to the best of our ability. 

Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are headquartered in the United States. Consequently, your Personal Data may be transferred to and stored within the United States.

Age Requirements

According to the Mosaica AI Terms and Conditions of Service, a legitimate user must be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum age of digital consent in the corresponding jurisdiction.
